Great book for Nightvale fans! Similar to the first "Welcome to Nightvale" tie-in book, it's not impossible for someone who hasn't listened to the podcast to follow but they'll miss out on a lot of small details. It Devours! mostly focuses on themes of belief, pitting logic against irrationality in its central concept of science vs. religion.   Joyfully, I(t) Devours(ed this book)! I loved this! As a faithful listener and supporter of Night Vale Presents, as soon as I got the funds for it, I preordered the book! It is wonderfully written and in a style similar to mine, and you don’t need to know anything about the podcast in order to read this/5(30).

While the time was short in this adventure, I found that time stood still in an attempts to finish. The ultimate question would be, that if by chance I found my One other novel had I ever read by AJ Hartley, and that was the only reason I chose to read What Time Devours/5(50). I read Hartley and Hewson's "Macbeth: A Novel" before reading "What Time Devours" and that may have shaded my opinion of this book.

Macbeth was a gripping story that I could not put down, whereas I could have stopped reading What Time Devours and not missed it/5(44). What Time Devours - Kindle edition by Hartley, A.J. Download it once and read it on your Kindle device, PC, phones or tablets.
